All partners carry the job title “patent attorney” and are authorized to counsel and defend clients against third parties in matters related to industrial property law. In matters related to the plant variety law, the partners are authorized representatives before the Federal Plant Variety Office. In addition, the partners are authorized representatives before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante, Spain.

All partners are also authorized representatives before the European Patent Office.

The patent law firm Patent Attorneys Schuster, Müller & Partner is a partnership that was registered in the partnership register of the district court Stuttgart in 1997 under registration number PR 21.
