Our Patent law firm was founded in Stuttgart by Gregor Schuster in 1981. In 2005, we merged with the Patent law firm Quarder that was founded in 1938.

Our clients benefit from the significant expert knowledge we accumulated over these years in all areas of industrial property law. Our Patent law firm provides counsel for larger, medium and smaller business enterprises as well as individual inventors nationally and internationally.

We assist our clients in protecting the existing innovation potential with the best property rights possible, as well as in enforcing and, if applicable, licensing this innovation potential. In addition, we assist our clients in minimizing the administrative expense with respect to their property rights.
